The legendary XKE was designed by aerodynamicist Malcolm Sayer with direction from Sir William Lyons and introduced at the Geneva show in 1961. Few cars have had such a dramatic effect on the automotive industry. With styling ques from the racing D Types, independent rear suspension, 4 wheel disc brakes and ground breaking monocoque construction, they set a standard of style and engineering for years to come. The Series I car being offered here is among the fastest appreciating collector cars in the world and offer a great opportunity for the true enthusiasts.

This beautiful automobile has been maintained and stored in a climate controlled warehouse since receiving a total frame-off restoration. Equipped with 4.2 litre engine, rated 265 BHP four speed manual gearbox, top speed up to 150 mph. The condition is excellent and the provenance well known.
